The Company
TranSys Research Ltd. is a systems-oriented
transportation research and consulting group.
It evolved from the closure of the Canadian
Institute of Guided Ground Transport (CIGGT)
at Queen's University in June of 1994. CIGGT
was a self supporting contract research institute
wholly owned by Queen's University at Kingston,
Ontario. Mr. English was the Executive Director
of the Institute at the time of its closure
and was with the Institute for 19 years.
As president of TranSys he continues to offer
many aspects of the consulting and research
activities which were formerly conducted
by CIGGT.
